0 to 19 Torbay is now part of the Family Hubs and the Start for Life service.

We are are working with Action for Children, The Children’s Society, Torbay Council and other partners as part of Torbay Family Hub.

Please use the form below to refer a child or young person to the 0 to 19 team, or call 0300 333 5352 to contact the Admin Hub, so we can direct your request to the most appropriate person within the 0 to 19 Torbay service.

We aim to respond to your query within 48 hours. Please do not use this form for any urgent / emergency issues, or cancelling appointments, as it is not manned out of work hours. If your child needs urgent medical attention please call 111 or 999.
