We work with Action for Children, The Children’s Society, Torbay Council and other partners as part of Torbay Family Hub.

Please use the form below to refer a child or young person to the 0 to 19 team. Or call the Admin Hub on 0300 333 5352, so we can direct your request within our service.

We aim to respond to your enquery within 48 hours. Please do not use this form for any urgent / emergency questions, or cancelling appointments. It is not manned out of work hours. If your child needs urgent medical attention please call 111 or 999.

If you are worried about a child’s welfare or they are being abused, you can make a referral. To do this, please call the Torbay Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub on 01803 208100. If out of hours, call 0300 456 4876. Or you can email mash@torbay.gov.uk
